#68 | Never Offend Anyone....Ever

You Suck…No Offense! Okay seriously i don’t think you suck. but the second part of that sentence is something that people really need to hear. We live in a society where its all too common for people to get “offended” and make it everyones problem. One of the keys to happiness is to control your emotions, and reactions to the things people say and do. we have a responsibility to treat everyone with respect, but sometimes we make mistakes and can offend people. when this happens, instead of yelling at the person and calling them “something-phobic” or some other name, take a moment to breath and have a conversation. Most people don’t wake up looking for ways to offend and hurt people. But it is on you to not be offended by things people say or do. You can’t assume that they know your feelings or beliefs. Today we discuss this topic in depth and how as parents its our responsibility to teach our kids how to handle their feelings.
