How is everyone doing these last few weeks? Im not going to lie, its been pretty rough for my whole family. Its not so much the physical part of being home, but the mental aspect is draining. Thankfully my personal life hasn’t changed much, but Hannah has been having a rough time not being able to have any release or space for herself. She has been a trooper and her spirits have been better than mine, but i wanted to share today what has been going through our family and the things we have been doing to deal with these trials. I hope you and your families are all safe during this time. And don’t hesitate to reach out if you or someone you know needs help, or just someone to talk to.
