Rick Dorn is the founder of Dorn Real Estate Development and we've got him back for his second appearance on the show.  While real estate is obviously going to be a big topic of interest, we're going a little deeper for today's conversation.  Rick and Jay are talking about how things worked in the "old days", why reading and being responsible for furthering your own education is an invaluable resource, and why we shouldn't always run away when complexity comes calling.  We have really enjoyed having Rick on the show and hopefully today's conversation will entice him to come back to talk again.
