Josh Klaris is the Executive Director of North Tenth, a North Philadelphia-based youth outreach program, and he is going us today to discuss some of his work and what makes North Tenth such a special organization.  Josh and Jay are digging into the legitimate pressure that comes along with operating a non-profit, why engaging with the community is such a vital part of the success of North Tenth, and ensuring that the instruction and teaching coming out his program is always of top quality.  Josh does a wonderful job at explaining his organization and why it is so important and we hope that his message comes through loud and clear on this episode of The Culture Matters Podcast.
