Robert Frehafer is the founder and owner of Guardian Roofing & Siding and he's back today to continue our series on the values of Guardian.  The letter of the day is "D" which in the Guardian culture stands for "defend".  Robert discusses with Jay that defend means more than just having the backs of your colleagues and the company at large.  It means upholding processes or procedures, not compromising values, and making sure that you conduct yourself in a way that is a good representation of your company.  All of these values in this series can be applied to anyone in any business, so we hope you take some good lessons away from this episode of The Culture Matters Podcast.
