Son of a merchant from Aleppo, Syria, Ronaldo Mouchawar built a company in 2005 which was to make history. He founded the largest online marketplace of the Arab world – Souq.com.  In 2017, the e-commerce platform was acquired by Amazon with a valuation of over $1 billion.
