100th Episode Spectacular! THE FIRST 99 EPISODES: Reviewed! 

Friends. Fans. Fellow well-wishers. We made it. It’s episode 100. Also known as: the last ever episode. Jokes lol probably not but hey, if you want us to get real right here in the shownotes (like we always do!) we currently have nothing else in the can. Nothing else in the bank. This is it. This is what we’ve got. We’ve shot our shot. 

But there is a high likelihood we’ll return better than ever next week because HEY WE HAVE A WEBSITE NOW: https://www.cccappraisalhour.show/ by the time you read this it might not be LIVE live but trust us, it’s there and it’s COOL. In the coming weeks, the show notes will mainly consist of plugging it. The podcast will become a mere promotional arm of the website, to be honest.
