Self Kindness Makes Me Wna Vomit

In this episode you'll meet "Mia" my inner shadow voice. She's pretty harsh on me. She comes in to berate me whenever I put myself out there. I've found that by expressing these parts of myself creatively that they have less hold on me. I've found appreciation for Mia and all that she's done to protect me, but moving forward I don't have to let her rule. There is a way to bring in self kindness, but that kinda makes her wna vomit ;)
