Gosh we can be so hard on ourselves sometimes. I know coming into the new year it can be a time where we place pressures on ourselves of what we must 'achieve' and 'do' this year.
This meditation is a gentle practise for you to start your day being kinder on yourself. To let go of tension and move through your day feeling a sense of ease and self love.
