Ep 28: ft. Kim Alexandrescu on Human Connection, End of Life Work, and Divine Inspiration

Kim Alexandrescu is the owner of Sacred Space Astoria, a yoga studio and healing center created to fully support your spiritual journey.  Born in Michigan, she’s made New York City her home since 2006.  A 200-hour yoga teacher since 2012, Kim is also a reiki master, Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, End-of-Life Companion and Mama to 3 awesome kids. 

In this episode we talk about end of life work and the lessons it has taught her, her own spiritual process of processing through the chakras, following your intuition, the process of creating her yoga studio, in person vs digital connection, and on motherhood and creativity.
