International Flavors with James Suh

In this podcast, I talk with data business consultant James Suh, the man behind the brand-new international food pop-up Taco Diplomacy. His love of simple flavors, combined with his Korean heritage, inspired him to share his recipes with others. Here, James shares how the COVID lockdown gave him time to rethink how he was spending his time and what brought him happiness. He shares how his hobby-baking wife, Karri Suh, inspired this new food venture, where they are joining their love of food into a possible restaurant venture.
