Bands At The Barn Live with Troy Kemp

In this BONUS podcast, Australian country artist Troy Kemp plays in Nashville at a private monthly event called Bands In The Barn. Hosted by David Billings and Susan Whitaker, the event showcases talented local Nashville singer-songwriters and allows them to share their own music with a large private crowd at the barn. This event started in early 2021 and is intended to honor these very talented artists in support of their own music rather than the covers so many of them have to play around town to make a living.

This live podcast is the Bonus material from Troy Kemp's artist interview episode on The Creative Push. It opens with David Billings explaining how he learned of Troy's music, and Troy goes on to perform over an hour of great original material. Troy is an established Australian artist with accolades that include multiple CMC #1 Singles, 3 People’s Choice Awards, a Frank Ifield International Spur Award, a Golden Guitar, and 3 CMC Awards. He was part of one of Australia’s top award-winning Country duos, McAlister Kemp, touring around Australia with Country artists like Alan Jackson and Big & Rich.
