Today, we’re going to be sharing how to figure out what your rate should be as a content creator or influencer, and 3 factors that you should consider.

1. Your financial goals and your costs
Start by evaluating your costs. How often do you purchase new camera equipment, or do you hire a photographer? Are you paying for monthly clothing rental services like Rent the Runway? How much do you spend a month on props for photoshoots?

2. The Value you bring
As a content creator you are creating actionable, repurposeable content that the brand can share on their own channels. Our images have had advertising funds put behind them by brands, been used on websites, and even the brands own advertisements!

3. Your time investment

One signal that I you are charging too little per Instagram post is that the amount of time you are putting into creating the content didn’t feel worth it for the payoff. Your time is absolutely valuable!
