What does holding yourself accountable mean?

 ·      This means you manage and balance tasks, duties, and expectations with work, life, side-hustles, teammates, and your work group.

·      For creators, holding yourself accountable with your side-hustle or full-time creative career could look like submitting content for approval for a brand on time. It can also look like shooting for a campaign, completing tasks like email newsletters, or posting on your social media channels on a regular schedule or cadence.

Why is it important to hold yourself accountable?

·      It’s important to hold yourself accountable, especially as an influencer or content creator, because it allows you to prioritize your things to do, tasks, and overall goals. You also understand why you’re working on the things you’re working on.

·      Implementing accountability strategies can help you lay our your work processes and complete them.

Listen in to hear the tips on how to hold yourself accountable.
