Juno Kim is a man with a deep, deep soul. He became a household name among the food and creative worlds after launching Juno Kim Catering, marking his successful run in the culinary space, despite any formal training.
The son of immigrants from South Korea, he spent much of his childhood moving from city to city, school to school. After graduating from university, he found himself becoming a chef, reimagining people’s sensory experiences with food with his intricate seasonal dishes to great acclaim, before a major burn out in 2017 led to a period of self-exploration.
