In this episode Calvin explores the difference between anxiety and anxiety disorders.  Emphasis is placed on normalizing the anxiety we experience in relation to the world around us empowering listeners to own their emotions.  He explores how anxiety can manifest physically and directly impact our ability to act in our best interests.  Listeners are encouraged to develop a personal awareness of their own anxiety and develop an Anxiety Response Plan.  Calvin provides listeners with a 3 step plan designed to assist you with reducing physiological reactions, eliminate avoidance and challenge thoughts that facilitate anxiety.
