Because we are hard wired to cope by being a problem solver, not a perfectionist.  Decisions are about making choices and dealing with consequences.  They are not about getting it right or getting it wrong.  What truly matters is what you will do next.  Did you learn, grow, adapt or did you stop making decisions and avoid living your life?
