Have you ever made a decision that you regretted? Of course you have, we all do it from time to time. In this episode, Calvin will explore the fundamental conclusions that often lie beneath our decisional regret and some helpful strategies to improve your decision making skills utilizing a 7 step process for making decisions. Calvin will share his theory that most people make the best decision they know how to make at the time that they make it with the information they have at that specific time. Rather than beat ourselves up for the decision and live in regret, we are free to make another decision with the new information we gained by making the initial decision. Unfortunately, we will not learn any new information by living in regret of why we made the decision in the first place.
