We all have been guilty of this sometime or even regularly.

I am a huge fan of finding and talking about solutions.

Today, I have with me Bernhard Tewes - the founder of HypnoBox - a self hypnosis app.

Bernhard is a practicing hypnotherapist from Berlin, Germany. 

He made his mission to end people’s struggles and addictions after he quit smoking with a powerful tool called hypnosis.

Before starting his career as a hypnotherapist in 2013, Bernhard worked as an event manager at Stuttgart’s Mercedes-Benz Museum. 

After a few years of climbing the career ladder in event management, he found himself suffering from smoking addiction. 

He was only able to get rid of it through hypnotherapy. He quit smoking after just one hypnotherapy session, and it was a turning point when he decided to become a hypnotherapist himself and help others improve their well-being with hypnosis.

Today Bernhard is working as a hypnotherapist, an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, and a hypnoanalyst in his practice “Kiez Hypnose” in Berlin. 

There, he and his team work with patients suffering from addictions, sleeping disorders, burnout, depression, phobia, low self-esteem, and other problems. He is also a mentor and trainer for prospective and established hypnotherapists.

In this interview, he is not only sharing what’s possible for you with hypnosis, but also giving a little beautiful experience of hypnosis.
