Today’s episode is a fun one! Today I had the opportunity to be joined by my former xc and track coach from high school, Ellie Hardt! She has been coaching xc and track for a long time and is also the founder and meet director tie for the desert twilight cross country festival which is THE best meet in Arizona each year.
