Hey guys, welcome back to the final episode of my series on lessons I've learnt whilst recovering from anorexia, as you can tell by today's title, this lesson is based on positivity and how you can try to prevent yourself from being hyperfocused on the negatives in your day and instead look at things with a more optimistic mindset. I talk about starting daily affirmations as a good way to appreciate the small wins found on a regular basis as well as defining the difference between accepting reality as opposed to just having a pessimistic attitude towards something.
