Leodora Darlington is the publishing director at Orion Books and the founder of the Owned Voice. The aim of Owned Voices is to help nurture the talent of under-represented writers and demystify the way the publishing industry works.

Leodora was named a Bookseller Rising Star in 2021 and her expertise has resulted in her producing best-selling commercial fiction and authors.
