According to his LinkedIn Bio, George Markoski is “a property investor and founder of Positive Property, a company that educates thousands of Australians on how to build wealth with smart property investing”. But how did George get his start into the business?

In this episode of the Content Capitalists Podcast, Ken speaks with George Markoski as he shares his story, starting as a teddy bear salesman who sold teddy bears door to door for $5 each, then transitioning into selling paintings. After losing everything, George shares being inspired by a book on real estate investing, which led to him getting into the industry himself.

"I was getting paid like $5. I call this my million dollar decision. I decided I've got to do one or two things; either quit property, or work it out. I converted my portfolio and retired at 37 with a passive income of $180,000 a year."

Once retiring, George felt something was missing in his life and realized that there was more to life than just making money, and he’s been helping thousands of people find ‘Freedom through Property’, which is also the title of his book.
