Lauren shares about being overweight in high school, wanting to lose weight and fit in with the other girls, she created an Instagram account to follow fitness accounts and document her own fitness journey.
It wasn’t long before Lauren started her own fitness coaching business as a side hustle, and after successfully launching a one hour webinar that earned her $22,000, she doubled down on committing to making her online fitness a brand that people would want to dive into and learn from.
Lauren Tickner continued with her success and turned what was her fitness side hustle into a 7-figure online business by the age of 23, named by Forbes as the #1 for online coaching in 2021 (referencing our Specialist System for sales) and a “marketing genius” by the London Stock Exchange.
