In this episode of the Content Capitalists, Ken Okazaki interviews James Cant, where he shares his story of aspiring to become a doctor, how he got involved in physical fitness and coaching, and everything that led him to where he is now: Founder of JCF Coaching. Helping predominantly men, who are generally successful in the material aspect of their lives, but find themselves struggling or are unhappy with themselves in other areas, to become fulfilled in all areas of their lives.
James recalls the moment he decided to drop out as a third year pre-med student and become a full time coach instead, not wanting to become like the endocrinologist he took one of his coaching clients to, and deciding to pursue coaching full time.
James Cant was also one of the first and youngest to be crowned Australia’s Men’s Physique IFBB Pro. Over the last decade James has helped countless individuals through his coaching method, and continues to build a strong presence by posting consistent content on all social media platforms, boasting a total of over 120K followers across Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
“I pride myself in being the boring guy. We do lots of boring. My business is boring. My business is simple. It's the same. My marketing is boring. It's the same all the time. It's consistent. Hint, pro tip. So much easier being that way. Life is so much nicer.”
