In this episode of the Content Capitalists, Ken Okazaki speaks with Lars Hedenborg, an award winning real estate agent and founder of Real Estate B-School, a company that provides the tools, systems and strategies to help real estate agents and team leaders looking to build sustainable, systems-driven businesses.
Lars Hedenborg shares his experience getting started in the real estate industry in 2007, right before the market crash. With the help of a coach, and starting with a simple Craigslist ad, he was able to sell over 71 homes within his first year in business. But after working around the clock, and not prioritizing his family enough, Lars realized he needed to set boundaries and create a system that would create more sustainable success.
Lars shares how he built sustainable systems and empowers his team, and also how he spends roughly 3 hours a week on creating content that brings in 3-4 high ticket clients weekly into his program, that allows him to have true time and money freedom.
