Musician and recording artist DAP The Contract (aka Dolapo Akinkugbe) joins the Mind Field pod. To say Dolapo is talented is an understatement. Music has always been in his blood and it has taken him on quite a journey: from passing grade 8 piano at the age of just 13, to a diploma in the same instrument at 18, he recorded with Mark Ronson at the infamous Abbey Road Studios in 2015. More recently he featured on the soundtrack of the Disney film 'Noelle'. DAP released his first full album 'Everybody Falls' in 2018 and has just finished a tour that took him through New York and North America, London and Lagos. To top it all off, he's also currently studying at Columbia Law School. Dolapo takes us through balancing law and music, his greatest influences and the highs and lows that come with trying to forge a successful career in music.
