Introduced in the wake of the financial crisis, it has served to underpin both the strategy of the business and the behaviours it exemplifies. Lloyds’ former corporate affairs director, Matt Young, now founding partner of Apella Advisers, was there at its inception, while current group corporate affairs director Andrew Walton recently oversaw a temporary reset. They join Helen to share the journey of Helping Britain Prosper.
