In this episode of The Conscious Chaos, I open up about my struggle and personal healing journey with Health Anxiety. The racing thoughts, the compulsion to scan every sensation, the endless Googling made me feel like a prisoner in my own body.
We explore the root causes & triggers of health anxiety and I also share the coping tool plus mindset shift that have helped me slowly step out of the panic and be in tune with my body.
Health anxiety ran my life for a good 4-5 years and very few people actually knew the extent of what I experienced, until now! Sharing my story feels so vulnerable yet incredibly healing at the same time.
I am now so grateful to be on the other side of something that I thought would consume me. Whether you are currently in the thick of it or supporting someone who is, I hope this episode holds space for the healing. I want you to know that you are not alone and let's make this conversation normal!!
