Walking with Jesus

Jesus made quite a few powerful statements about what it means to follow Him. To love as He loves, forgives as He forgives, to pray as He prays, to trust in the Father as He trusts all of this is very challenging in the times we live in 

The greatest challenge is to lay down our lives and pick up our cross
In these days and times we're living in, it's an easy job for any preacher to point out the prevalence and pervasiveness of evil all around us. 

No longer hidden from us, evil has become bold and in our face, defying us to say or do anything about it. That makes living life as a believer very challenging and walking by faith an absolute necessity. 

Walking by faith entails a reliance and confident trust and assurance in the promises of a God we cannot see and through the eyes of the world, those promises often appear to be way out of reach
