The Prosperous Soul

3 JOHN 1:2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers
Any student of the bible, any saint that is vaguely familiar with the word of God cannot come away from even a cursory reading of  God’s word without acknowledging one inescapable truth which is that, God desires that we prosper!To prosper is to grow and the Bible clearly teaches us that God desires that   
Grow in love,  in faith,  in grace, in humility and most of all, God desires that we  grow in the knowledge of Him!   
However,  we can only grow healthily in as much as we are in Jesus. This is why He said, "I am The Vine you are the branches" (John 15:5)
