The Laws of the Spirit 3 - Growth

Author Tim LeFleur said it this way, " If we are to mature, we must be involved in God’s training. In other words, spiritual growth will never happen “on accident.” Growing in the things of God has to happen on purpose, in other words, intentionality is essential for spiritual growth. 

As we get into this message, let me say that I believe that it is God’s will for every believer to grow and mature. 

The apostle Paul says in Romans 8:29,

For those he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his son, so that he would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.

This verse is basically telling us that God wants us to grow into being like Jesus!

The good news is God never asks us to do anything unless he's also ready to help us accomplish and enabled us to do what He asks
