Position Yourself for Favor, Blessings, Breakthrough and Victory

 2 Chronicles 20:17 You will not need to fight in this battle, position yourselves,
stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you

Throughout the bible, great men and women of God positioned themselves for favor, blessings and breakthrough from God. They inherently knew that in order to receive from God there was a part of them that needed to be decreased, minimized & gotten out of the way.  Fasting is the proven way of accomplishing that so perhaps that's why it's one of the most challenging aspects of our Christian walk.
