My Shepherd

Psalm 23:1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want
 
 Known by many as the Shepherd's Prayer, Psalm 23 metaphorically and prophetically points to all that Jesus would provide for us through His sinless sacrifice on the Cross.  
After telling us YHWH, the I AM  metaphorically is like a shepherd who gives us everything we need, based on his own experiences David goes on to prophetically detail every aspect of our salvation which was to come through Jesus.
 
Once your eyes are open to see the depth and richness of our Salvation that is hidden in each verse,  your faith will be strengthened and your assurance of God's Love and Providence towards us will grow in the knowledge that He has truly  provided for all of our needs in giving us a Perfect Salvation
