Colossians 2:7
Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him.
Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.
Any student of the bible, any saint that is vaguely familiar with the word of god cannot come away from a cursory reading of  god’s word without acknowledging one inescapable truth which is, God desires that we grow.
