HOSEA 4:6  My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge,
God’s people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. The knowledge they lack, is a knowledge of God!
The saddest part is, God's very own people don’t know Him simply because they reject a true knowledge of Him and substitute it with religion, tradition and lip service.
