God's Word: Our Direction, Correction and Protection

Proverbs 4:20,21
My son, pay attention to my words;  incline your ear to my sayings. Do not lose sight of them; keep them within your heart.

Through His Word, God , Gives us direction, correction and protection, Just as we give our children, as His children,  God wants the best for us & that is the basis of faith, believing His intentions toward us are for good, not to hurt, punish or destroy us but to prepare us for abundant life on earth and eternal life with Him.
