With over 25 years in internal audit, risk, and compliance leadership roles, Rhonda fulfilled her passion for educating business leaders and developing professionals by launching Travers Training & Consulting. During her corporate career, she enjoyed building teams and talent, driving results, and providing value-added assessments of the human resource life cycle.As Founder & President, Rhonda now brings a unique and collaborative approach to training and process improvement by focusing on the people behind the process. She shares her insight through People Advisory Services, Training Workshops, Leadership Development, and Speaking Engagements.
Rhonda is also committed to making a difference through positive community development. She has held multiple volunteer leadership roles over the past 15 years including the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Women’s Leadership Network Steering Committee, Little Black Book - Women in Business, American Club Association (ACA) Business Club, the St. Louis Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Board of Governors, and the American Cancer Society Relay For Life Event Leadership.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University, Rhonda completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certifications.
