This week’s guest is the hugely inspiring stand up paddle boarder, ocean advocate and adventure seeker Cal Major. Did I also mention that she’s a vet too?

In 2018, Cal set two new world records for stand up paddle boarding from Lands End to John O’Groats. She’s the first and fastest person to ever do so.
