Uber driver Lo-Letha Hall was shot and killed in the driveway of Bill Brock. Brock, 61, thought she was bagman for an extortionist, who had been threatening him and his family all morning over the phone. Hall was there to collect an envelope containing $12,000 which Brock had been told would be bond money to spring his nephew from jail. The same grifter had sent Hall to pickup a package-- but she had no idea what it was. She couldn't have guessed an agitated gunman would be there to meet her.
