I never thought I would find the confidence to share my story with you, but here I am. It was scary to be vulnerable, but I knew it was worth it if it could help someone else. Talking about anxiety, fear, and overwhelm is much easier in the third person, but it was time to share my personal experience and insights on how I overcame it and learned to live more boldly.
