Today, we welcome coach Ken Prophete, Head Wrestling Coach @ Central Baptist College in Arkansas. He is the schools one and only coach, being there for 15 seasons. Coach dives into how wrestling saved his life while dealing with homelessness and growing up in the streets of Miami. He also speaks on a coach who made a huge impact on his life and gives advice to coaches who may be struggling in the profession.
