Welcome back to Season 2. This season I'm getting a little more personal and talking about topics that really made me who I am today.  Some topics are funny, some topics are raw, honest, and painful.  But for the one person out there listening, I'm proud of you because you don't hear this enough!

Managing my weight has always been a struggle. I've been thin, I've been heavy and I've been in the middle - but I've never been happy.  There are my 3 tips to help start your weight loss adventure.

Remember it's a journey and nothing works overnight.  I know - I've tried all the products! Start simple and stick with it, everything worthwhile takes time. You're worth it!
