Wow, what a crazy 72 hours of persistence but my account is back!

Everything was working perfectly until a friend messages you a picture of an account that looks like yours, with no posted pictures, no bio, and no followers - selling bitcoin and government grants.  I was mortified, embarrasses, and scared.

Who would do this to me? Why me? How do I fix this? Come on the Instagram help link is dead!!!!
