Oh no, she talking about Whoo Whoo stuff.  Well sorta!

During COVID - we all had to make a pivot and fast.  I went from working 60 hours a week to 0 in the matter of a week. Shelter in place for 3 months really changed my life, but we had to change with the times.

I talk about how I use my spiritual tools to help me stay grounded, stay focused, and really help me on those moments of uncertainty.  Spirituality is different for everyone - for me, it's about focusing inward and really tuning into the visions that give me clarity.
