Kristina Barlaan is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt competitor and instructor under Caio Terra. Follow her on her quest to world championship gold. She's so close we can taste it. This is part one of a three part show. She's a hell of a jiu jitsu competitor and instructor but on top of that she's also hilarious.
