In this podcast, I talk about my dad's heart attack, around the time I first the documentary "Forks Over Knives." I also read the book "How Not To Die", by Dr. Gregger. I took on a vegan diet and had amazing results. I have since gone to a plant based diet. There seems to be several Doctors and studies that give credence to heart disease can not only be prevented, but stopped and reversed. A friend's recent heart attack while playing tennis, has rekindled my commitment to a good diet and exercise regiment.
