Chapter 21 The Lion Becomes the King of Beasts
Dorothy and her companions finally leave the Dainty China Country. They enter a dense forest, where they encounter a group of animals who plead with the Cowardly Lion to kill a giant spider that has been terrorizing them. The Lion bravely confronts and defeats the spider, and the animals declare him their king. Despite this new title, the Lion continues on with Dorothy, determined to help her reach Glinda and return home...
