The CSP crew talks through the transition of team member from the AVL department and how to navigate the emotions of the team that's left behind to serve. One of the most painful and personal aspects of a pastor’s ministry is the departure of church members. Of course, I am referring to Team members who stay in the church community, not those who move out of town. Most leaders have developed a deep love for their team members. They care for them. They defend them. They are there for them.
Other Media members are often hurt when a member departs. The worship pastor is thus hurting because of the departure, and because of a concern for the morale of the remaining team members. Listen, Laugh and Learn as the Prentiss and Pastor Caleb give solid solutions.
