James Ciuffetelli is in the hot seat with Steve Gration, CEO, SG Textiles Pty Ltd this week, and he explains "It’s impossible to simply label the core ingredients that define the entrepreneurs that I have met or studied over the years. Some were small business owners or founders who had the vision, some were second, third and fourth generation successors and many more were hired professional executives. Despite their background, I've found that though many traits are common - some are incredibly unique.

The question which often comes to mind is ‘where they born this way?’ And if not, where did their spirit come from? I've found that sometimes it comes from their parents, their teachers, even their travels, for others it comes from role models, from mentors and even from their own unique communities. 

Whatever the secret ingredient, Steve Gration gives us his story and it’s grounded in hard work, an unrelenting mindset and desire to be better and an ability to ‘have a go’…
